WINDSOR DIAMOND" 13 5/8 INCH CHOP PLATE made between 1936-1940
made by the Jeannette Glass Co. This glass was machine made by pressing the melted glass into the mold which results in its beautiful design of concentric rows of "Diamonds". Only non-colored Diamond Windsor glassware was manufactured after 1940 because of war time color ingredient shortages. I only wish I had more, because it is so gorgeous. When used on a dining room table for entertainment, this bowl must have looked really awesome on the table. It measures 13 5/8 Inches across and is 3/4 inches tall (deep), as can be seen in the last two photographs. It is absolutely beautiful, and was purchased from an old estate sale on Long Island. Although it was pre-owned, it is in absolutely perfect condition, as seen in the photographs, which is amazing, considering the bowl is 80-84 years old. I'm not aware of any reproductions of the Diamond Windsor pattern made by Jeanette. I found it sitting inside a closed dining room cabinet where it must have sat on a shelf for many years and was hardly used, because there aren't any scratches anywhere on the bowl that I can see, especially on the bottom where they would be expected to be found. I have been collecting unusual vintage objects for many years, and always try to describe the items as best as I can. I don't see any chips, fleabites, cracks, scratches, stains, cloudiness, or repairs anywhere on the bowl. It comes from a smoke-free home. I only accept PayPal, and never  charge extra for packaging and handling. Shipping and Insurance sent via USPS Priority Mail costs .85. Payment is expected within 3 days, after which I will immediately ship out the

as soon as payment is verified by eBay. Buyer may be subject to sales tax which is collected by eBay, and not given to me at all. If payment is not received within 5 days, the
