Condition: For the age of this hat, I am AMAZED by the condition. There are some blemishes on the fabric around the top of the hat, but the overwhelming majority of the fabric is smooth and blemish free. The string that comes off of the band is a tad bit ratty, but the band itself is in really great shape. The fleur-de-lis pendant is still nice and the inside leather sweatband is incredible and the writing is very clear.

This vintage BSA hat looks to be from the 1940's or 1950's and is in amazing shape. It features the classic
fleur-de-lis symbol, a beautiful sweatband with the official Boy Scouts of America logo, and is in size 6 7/8. I did my best to describe this hat with accuracy and detail (see condition description), and I am no BSA expert, but I truly believe it would be difficult to find a piece of Boy Scouts history in such great condition. I will ship this safely and quickly, please bid with confidence!
