Vintage Chinese Silkscreen Print Sparrow Love Bird on Bamboo & Morning Glories

Description

For your consideration, we are pleased to offer this artist-stamped, framed- under-glass, exquisite, vintage Silkscreen Art depicting a pair of sparrow lovebirds courting on a bent bamboo branch in a bamboo forest.  The bamboos are draped with pink and magenta morning glories. This delightfully sentimental and highly aesthetic art is in excellent condition and was mounted on paper by the late J. Todd Figi, a respected La Jolla, California, art collector, advocate and past chairman of the Board of Trustees of The Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego. There is some rusting on the steel brackets on the back of the frame (please see photos).  The frame is 16-1/4” square in gold tone metal and weighs approximately 3 pounds.

We offer free shipping within the continental United States on certain items.
Additional charges apply for items shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories.
We do not use eBay shipping label and hand write all of our USPS labels so you will be able to see the exact cost of shipping.

We use recycled boxes to reduce shipping costs but all new material is used inside. We combine multiple purchases into one shipment (please contact us before we invoice you).
Signature confirmation is required on all of our items to ensure that you will receive what you paid for (.05).
If you believe the item you’ve received is not as described, contact us.
We pack each item with extreme care.
If it is damaged during shipment, e-mail us a photo attachment of the damaged item and the box in which it was shipped.
We fully insure fragile shipped items but if damage does occur, only the amount recovered will be refunded.
This could take up to 30 days. Signatures may be required upon delivery for some items according to USPS.
Local Pickup:
Please schedule pick-ups at an agreed upon public place between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
