To properly use these discs, thoroughly wipe and clean the inside of the helmet to remove any dust and debris. Once the inside of the helmet is clean and dry carefully place the disks as desired inside the helmet. 18 Velcoin disks will be enough to allow the user to set up helmet pads in almost any configuration.
