    Description

    See the photos of this very nice cover.  I bought this at the John Kaufmann auction in 1983 where they valued THEN at 0!  The catalog description went on to say "5c Green (1) tied Richmond CDS on Cannon and Flag patriotic.  Type E-A-3d, flap missing, tiny edge tears, water stained, still presentable & scarce".  Very attractive cover.
