Pattern features classic children's rhyme "I see the Moon, the Moon sees me.  God Bless the Moon, God Bless Me".  Artwork features an anthropomorphic crescent moon with blue stars hat, a sleeping baby bear, stars/moon mobile, and pink bow.  There is room for baby name and birth stats.
Contents include:  28 count Evenweave (100% cotton), cotton embroidery floss, floss separator, needle, instructions, and chart.
This item is pre-owned however it is new old stock in original unopened packaging.  Every attempt was made to note unusual/obvious wear; overall wear from age/use may exist.
