    Description

    I am offering this unique this picture frame mat.  Size from edge to edge is 9" x 11.75", picture opening is 4" x 6".
    This is a beautiful mat I have had for many years and just never used.  I was drawn to the bird and flower design.   I am not sure if it is hand painted/colored but it appears to very fine.
    The inscription on the bottom says " The smile of someone you love is sunshine in the house!"
    The back has a pull tab to insert your photo.  The board is heavy and solid.
    See picture for some minor impactions on edge and corner.
