Highly detailed hand crafted hand painted Japanese gorgeous netsuke, item size is approximately 4 inches tall.
Very detailed hand carving and great hand crafting in scrimshaw, excellent workmanship. Great piece for your collection!
Carved from  Resin  and hand painted.
it is genuine Netsuke, beautifully painted robe and hat, he holds a brown fan and wears a beaded necklace, adorable fat little cheeks (maybe a young Buddha?)
Originally created for men to carry from a sash that hung from their waste.  This boy does have a small hole behind his ankle that could be threaded with a very thin thread.
