    Explorers Percussion ships via UPS and USPS.  Shipping to anywhere outside the continental US will be subject to extra costs above the initial shipping price.  International shipments must be paid using PayPal and will be shipped using Ebay’s Global Shipping Program.  All import duties, taxes, or charges imposed by the country of delivery will be the complete responsibility of the customer.  Please check with your customs office for these rates.  All international customers will be asked to provide a phone number so customs can contact you if they so choose to.

If you are not satisfied with the product you received you may return it for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days from the shipping date. If your purchase was eligible for Free Shipping, the shipping will be deducted from your credit or refund.  Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (owners manuel, drum key, bag or case if included, warranty card, etc.) shows no signs of wear or use, and include a Return Authorization number or be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
