DIMENSIONS GOLD - IN HER GARDEN #35119 - COUNTED X STITCH - WITH ISSUES

You are bidding on a Dimensions Gold Collection counted cross stitch kit - In Her Garden #35119 designed by Sandra Kuck - WITH ISSUES.  I have priced accordingly.
1)  If you look at photo #2, the kit is about 75% complete.  Kinda takes the fun out of doing this yourself, BUT, if you would rather finish faster, then this is the kit for you!
2)  This kit is from 2003, and while I did not know when the person who I bought this from actually stitched it, this potentially sat in a closet for probably over 10 years.  It smells.  Not moldy or musty, just an old smell.  So you will definitely need to hand wash this before starting (maybe with Woolite?)
3)  A lot of the outlining is already done and the stitching looks okay - fairly neat.  I have also photographed the back of the work so you can see how that looks too - see photo #3.
I picked this up recently from an estate sale.  The kit contains 18 count Ivory Aida, separated floss, chart (you'll need to tape it back together), needle, and instructions.  Finished size about 12" x 17".
I do counted cross stitch everyday, so I can answer any questions that you may have.
