Engines and other Equipment
We request that all engines and other equipment over ,000 be purchased using a wire transfer or check. We can accept a 0 deposit on a credit card to hold the engine for 1 week until full payment is cleared. This deposit is non-refundable. Contact us for financing options.

Shipping
We can ship your part where you need it on the road. Same day shipping is available.
Priority Mail Shipping
orders received before 2 pm EST, Monday-Friday will ship within 24 - 48 hours. Priority Mail shipments take 1-3 business days to deliver if you need overnight let us know. Orders placed after 3 pm, Friday through the weekend and or holiday will ship the following business day. If the part is needed urgently after our cut off time please contact us.
Please contact us for additional shipping rates for 2 days, overnight shipping and international shipping.
Freight shipments
should be delivered to a commercial address. Freight can be delivered to a residential, lift gate service (additional cost) is available but resident will need to be home for signature. Storage fees may be applied from the shipping company due to no response for residential delivery.
Please note that some shipments can be delayed to unforeseen circumstances, bad weather, etc.

Returns
Buyer will notify Seller in writing within 3 days of delivery if merchandise is not satisfactory and or not function as described. Accidental purchase or wrong fitting parts can not be returned, if the seller makes an exemption a 20% restocking fee will be applied, if an exchange is not possible.
Warranty
To obtain warranty service, the buyer must email a description of the claim with any relevant photos. All units must be returned to our shop or to our warranty center, freight prepaid, for our inspection and determination. We do not authorize and will not pay for any outside repairs unless approved in advance by CA Truck Parts, Inc. in writing.
