Possibly the most remarkable thing about this Chad Valley Princess Elizabeth doll is the fact she remains fully intact. Her limbs are signature velvet with a felt face and piercing blue, glass eyes. Her signature lips are also vibrant and as original as when she left the factory. Her dress and undergarments are unmistakably original, and she is an overall treasure. True, she has nips at random in her sweet, felt face and neck, plus thinning hair in one area, but, given her age, she remains a rare find. Will you give her a home?
This sweet version of Princess Elizabeth came across the Atlantic from London many years ago — a wonderful birthday gift. She has a reasonable opening bid and is from an estate of 9 sisters. I will list more dolls from the family as it sorts through them. Most dolls are from 50s and 60s — a few older ones from @30s that were handed down to the girls. Feel free to ask questions. I am no doll expert, but I will consult with the family. :)
