Antique R.B. & Co. Silver Treble Plate Water Pitcher
I believe this is Pewter that has lost most of its silver plating.
This was found in an attic of an old house in Monticello NY
It is very ornate in detail.
It is monogrammed on one side with the initials K.B. And the date June 3, 1884 on the other side.
It is missing its original lid that was once attached to the hinge that still remains at the top. This
replacement lid is engraved with a plant and the initial R on either side. Also a fancy finial topper.
The spout has butterfly’s and flowers on either side
The base is very ornate.
The handle and spout are affixed tightly
It is 10” tall to the top of the handle.
It is approximately 12.5” tall with the lid in place.
The base is 7.5” in diameter
The top diameter is 6.25”
