Abraham Lincoln talking bobblehead bobble babble in box national constitution

Description

This is a rare Abraham Lincoln talking bobble head made
exclusively for the Constitution Center with box. I could not test out the talking part because it needs new batteries and I did not have any size ag 13 cell. Im selling this as -is becaue of the unability to test the talking.
I'm listing this as used, please view the pictures because they are the best description of the piece.
