There are a few signs in French on the walls behind these merrymakers...so I assume SHAEF must've already pulled up stakes in the United Kingdom and moved over to France. Unsure why they're all celebrating...perhaps it's V-Day. Patches seen on many of the men and women show that they are part of the Supreme Headquarters Allied Expeditionary Force.
