    Description

    This no reserve auction is for one original GM posi rear end center section for a 1967-1972 Chevy truck.  Part numbers on the ring gear: 3817778      11.41  GM (3.73 gears).  The gears are still good.  Once you run them a little, it will knock off some light surface rust in spots.  Change the oil, run it.  The bearings are cheap.  I would change them for peace of mind.  You make the call.  They will probably clean up as well.  The main carrier housing has light surface rust (moisture) from sitting in a box.
